2015-2016-membership-cardBeing a Sedalia Park PTA Member pays!  Our membership fee is $5.00* – the lowest price in all Cobb County.  If you sign up during any of the open houses you receive a free shirt while supplies last.  Additionally, you receive all the discounts listed here and those found on Georgia’s State PTA site.

It’s here!!! Come out to Sneak-A-Peek from 1-4pm on July 30th to meet your teachers, get your PTA and Foundation memberships, sign up for ASP and After School Enrichment Programs, and meet new people.

School is Almost Here!


The PTA is looking forward to school starting and getting caught up with each of you!

This year we have a new principal, Karen Wacker, and a new assistant principal, Zach Mathis. We hope you reach out and give them a big welcome.

Some dates to look forward to:

Sneak-A-Peak: Thursday, July 30th 1pm – 4pm. Come meet your teachers, join PTA, sign up for After School Enrichment Programs, get a car rider number, enroll in asp, and more!

First Day of School: Monday, August 3rd.

1st, 3rd, 5th Parent Orientation Night: Thursday, August 6th 6pm. Come to learn about your child’s academic focus for this new year.

K, 2nd, 4th Parent Orientation Night: Tuesday, August 11th 6pm. Come to learn about your child’s academic focus for this new year.

Project Lead the Way – Rising 6th Graders

Rising 6th Graders planning to attend East Cobb Middle School have been given extended time to apply for the new “Project Lead the Way” program rolling out this new year.

Project Lead The Way is the nation’s leading provider of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) programs.

Selected 6th grade students take Design & Modeling and Automation & Robotics (Foundation Courses)

School Supplies 2015-2016 Year


Choose your child’s grade and a box of all items (requested by our Park teachers) will be sent directly to the school… with your child’s name on it ready for the first day of school!

Purchase online at (account # 10124) or complete and return the grade-specific forms coming home this week!

NOTE: Paper orders are due with a check payable to Sedalia Park PTA by next Monday, May 18! We encourage you to order online using the link above — online orders must be placed by Friday, May 29.

PTA is doing this as a service to our families; all supply kits are offered at cost (not a fundraiser)!
